Additional work requested outside the original project scope may require additional fees.
Payments
Payment is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Projects requiring deposits or milestone payments will not begin until the required payment has been received and successfully processed.
Failure to make payments on time may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or cancellation of the project.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of website design and digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, Niched Variety LLC reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, requested content, images, branding materials, and approvals necessary to complete the project.
Project delays caused by missing information or delayed responses from the client may result in revised timelines.
Revisions
Projects include the number of revisions specified within the purchased package or written proposal.
Additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional charges.
Major changes to project scope after work has begun may require a revised proposal.

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Niched Variety LLC retains ownership of proprietary workflows, templates, development methods, and internal business processes.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Niched Variety LLC reserves the right to display completed projects within our portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and website for promotional purposes.
Website Maintenance
Website maintenance plans cover only the services outlined within the selected maintenance package.
Maintenance plans do not include major redesigns, extensive development, or services outside the agreed scope unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niched Variety LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
