What platforms do you build on?

I work on most CMS softwares, however, WordPress is my most used platform.

Do you offer payment plans?

I will offer a milestone pricing if a client prefers! This breaks the cost up in a few sections and work begins after each tier is paid. Full payment is required before launching websites or routine services are secured.

What is your experience and expertise?

I have started building websites in WordPress in 2019, in 2022 I started Niched Variety LLC and started taking off in 2026–making my passion for creativity and website design as my career path. I have studied UX/UI designs, SEO strategies, and marketing. I’m always working to increase my knowledge in everything website design, content, SEO, security, and more!

What payment methods do you accept?

I mainly use Stripe services, which includes credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe (one-click checkout), and ACH bank transfers.

Do I need my own hosting account?

Not necessarily. You can use your own hosting provider (most receommended), however, I can host and manage your website for you as well. If you choose my hosting service, you will receive your own WordPress login to edit your website content. You won’t need access to my hosting account, but you’ll still be able to manage your website.

Can you design a logo for my business?

Yes. I offer logo design to help establish a professional brand identiy. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refreshing an exisiting logo, I’ll create a design that reflects your business and works well across both digital and print materials.

Do you create custom graphics for website content or blog articles?

Absolutely! I design custom website graphics, banners, icons, and other visual elements that compliment your brand and help your website stand out. Whenever possible, I use original designs instead of generic stock graphics.

Can you help if I don’t have branding yet?

Yes. If you’re just starting out, I can help develop a cohesive visual identity by selecting colors, fonts, imagery, and design elements that fit your business and create a consistent look across your website.

Will my website match my exisiting brand?

Sure thing! If you already have a logo, brand colors, and marketing materials, I’ll design your website to maintain a consistent and professional brand experience.

Do you use stock images or custom photos?

Both options are available. I can use professional stock photos, your own photos, or a combination of both. If you provide original images, I’ll optimize them for web performance while showcasing your business in an authentic way.

How much does a website cost?

Pricing can be customized to fit each businesses needs, however, my general rule of thumb for pricing starts at $750 for redesigns and $875 for website designs. Prices may vary depending on business needs and goals.

How long does it take?

Timeline can be dependent on receiving necessary content, images, and information from clients, but generally I quote anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Again this vastly depends on the businesses needs and goals, so time could be sooner or extended. However, I aim to be transparent and will fill you in on estimated timeline when we finalize a business website plan.

Do I own my website?

Absolutely! Once your project is paid in full, your website belongs to you. You’ll have ownership of your website content and can continue managing it however you choose.I strongly suggest ensuring setup is through your own hosting plan and own domain purchases. I can walk you through the steps to set them up, and depending on client needs, however,I will offer hosting services under my business.

Can I update my site myself?

Absolutely, as long as everything is setup under your own independent platform. If you choose to set up under my business there will be limited options available.

Do I need to provide the content and images?

Not necessarily. I can write professional website copy, help organize your information, and design custom graphics, or use your own photos and branding. Original photos are always better over stock images, however, if stock is needed, it can be done.

This a long-term investiment. While some improvmenets may appear within a few weeks, meaningful results often take several months depending on your industry and competition.

Why does my website need ongoing maintenance?

Regular maintenance helps keep your website secure, updated, fast, and funcitoning properly while reducing the risk of downtime or security issues.

What is included in your maintenance plans?

Plans can include WordPress updates, plugin updates, backups, security monitoring, performance checks, minor content edits, and technical support.

What happens if something breaks after an update?

Backups are created before major updates whenever possible, allowing issues to be identified and restored if necessary.

How often should a website be updated?

Software updates should be checked regularly, while content should be refreshed periodically to keep your website accurate, secure, and relevant.

Do I have to purchase a maintenance plan?

No. Maintenance plans are optional, but they’re recommended if you’d like ongoing support and peace of mind that your website stays healthy. We can discuss a one-time service to achieve a fully updated site in the event you don’t want an ongoing maintenance plan.
